Your Role

As the Performance Marketing Manager/Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building the engine that drives sustainable revenue through strategic acquisition. This role includes, but is not limited to: 

• Develop a winning acquisition strategy across paid channels through experimentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to foster growth programs.
• Build and lead a dedicated team from scratch
• Create a playbook for the Dutch market, with plans for European expansion.
• Stay at the forefront of AdTech and measurement methods
• Optimize the platform's impact by opening the funnel strategically

• Proven growth track record 
• Strong business acumen
• Proficiency across various paid channels and platforms
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Proactive, customer-focused, and business-savvy
• Ability to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
• A natural inclination to build and improve
• Previous leadership experience
